Brainstorm

The genre that i am going to base my coursework around is 'Western'. I have chosen this genre because it has many different conventions which i can include.


Some common conventions in western movies are:


-Guns
-Tumbleweed
-Saloons
-Deserts
-Cowboys
-Showdowns
-Bank robberies


Within the genre I've chosen it is easy to produce action scenes which are always a good way to write a scene.



The western is a genre of various visual arts, such as film, television, radio, literature, painting and many others. Westerns are devoted to telling stories set primarily in the latter half of the 19th century in the America old west hence the name.
